VOLTE Endurance Training, which derives its name from the running equation,
“VO2 (max) plus LT (lactate threshold) plus E (economy), is founded and led
by Bill Dwyer.

Volte Endurance Training strives to display Christian values, maintain high standards of excellence, promote integrity, respect the fundamental rights, dignity and worth of all participants, apply and make public our knowledge of sport in order to contribute to the community and encourage all individuals, training groups and clubs.

coaching

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all coaching philosophy. We believe that a smart training program is one created with the  individual’s current fitness level, age, gender, experience and goals kept in mind.

Our “group” programs also embrace this philosophy. We also understand and take into account that family and work are higher priorities and develop plans to blend with current lifestyles.

•  Event day plans that include goal setting, pacing, event nutrition and proper recovery

Our certified coaches are experienced athletes who have a passion for teaching. Our coaching style is “cooperative” meaning that we share in the decision-making process.

 All of our runs are open to the community. There are no fees for guest runners or walkers (guests don’t receive coaching).
